Golf simulators require maintenance similar to any asset. We can provide the following options
Remote Support
Our team can provide remote support to fix your technical issues or talk you through hardware problems. Please complete the contact form and a support technician will be in touch. Charges are $50 per 30mins for support outside of 12months
On site call-out
If your simulator needs attention such as screens becoming damaged or loose, turf needs replacing, projector or sensor needs recalibrating, or any other service requiring on site support then please complete the form below and we will be happy to quote.
Routine Service
Packages
If you want piece of mind please enquire about a service package that could be annual, bi-annual or quarterly. This service includes checking all technology is up to date and the impact screen is optimal and providing advice on any other areas that need attention
Servicing and Training Rates
On-Site Service/Maintenance and Training is charged at $140 inc GST per hour. (Minimum 1 hour)
Call-Out fee depends on location and urgency.
Remote Support is $60 inc GST / 30mins
Please note: Any replacement parts, components and consumables will be charged seperately to the above costs.
