How much space do we need to install a simulator at our golf club?
We recommend a minimum space of 3.5 m wide x 5.5 m deep x 3 m high for a single-bay setup. Dual bays require a larger footprint but we can work with you to assess and maximise your available space. We’ve successfully installed simulators in back rooms, repurposed function areas, and underused club facilities.
What kind of return on investment can we expect?
It depends on your usage model, but clubs typically generate revenue through hourly simulator hire, coaching programs, league nights, and event bookings. Many venues recover their investment in as little as 12–18 months. You also gain a premium member benefit, community hub, and all-weather golf space that boosts retention.
Can members play our actual course inside the simulator?
Yes. We can digitally replicate your course inside GSPro, making it playable not just by your members, but by simulator users around the world. There are currently fewer than 10 Australian courses in GSPro — if you’re selected, your layout could be enjoyed by millions of global users and help attract real-world tourism to your venue.
Can we use the simulator for lessons and junior programs?
Absolutely. Many of our clients use their sim for PGA coaching, junior development, school partnerships, and swing clinics. The Uneekor + GSPro setup provides real-time swing data, ball flight visuals, and performance tracking — perfect for structured improvement and high-quality coaching indoors.
Can the simulator space be used for events?
Yes — and it’s one of the biggest upsides for clubs. Your sim can become a multi-use venue for things like AFL Grand Final nights, private functions, team-building days, or corporate hire. Add a projector, lounge seating, or food and beverage offering and you’ve got a premium entertainment zone.
